Ingredients to make Rajma Chaat
Rajma boiled – 2 cups
Potatoes boiled – 2-3
Boiled chickpeas – 1/2 cup
Onion – 2
Green chili chopped – 2-3
Tomato – 1
Green coriander leaves chopped – 1/2 cup
Lemon – 1
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Black salt – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Rajma Chaat
To make Rajma Chaat, first clean the kidney beans and chickpeas and soak them in water overnight. The next day, put Rajma, Chole and Potato in the cooker and boil it for 4-5 whistles. Meanwhile, cut onion and tomato into fine pieces. After the cooker cools down, take out kidney beans, chickpeas in a vessel and peel off the potatoes and cut them into small pieces as well.

Now put boiled kidney beans, chickpeas and potato pieces in a big utensil and mix all three well. After this, add finely chopped tomatoes and onions to the chaat and mix.
