The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has given a golden opportunity to the farmers of the country to live with respect and with their heads held high. Under the scheme, financial assistance of Rs 6,000 is given to farmers every year directly in their bank accounts. So far 18 installments of PM Kisan Yojana have been released to the farmers.
Now farmers are waiting for the release of the 19th installment in the coming days, but only those farmers whose mobile number will be active will be able to get the 19th installment. If the mobile number is switched off then Rs 2,000 will not come to that farmer’s account. That is why farmers are being advised to update their mobile numbers.
EKYC mobile numbers are necessary
Any farmer who wants to take advantage of PM Kisan Yojana should activate his mobile number. It is also necessary to link the active mobile number with the farmer’s Aadhar card. Only those farmers whose mobile number and Aadhar number are linked to each other will be able to get e-KYC done for the scheme. Because KYC will be done through OTP. That is, KYC will be done only when OTP comes on the mobile number.
Update the mobile number like this
It is necessary to update the mobile number on the prescribed website of PM Kisan Yojana. So that OTP can be received for the scheme. To update the mobile number, first of all you have to go to PM Kisan’s website https://pmkisan.gov.in/. After this go to update mobile number. Enter registration or Aadhaar number and captcha code. Click on search option. Update by entering your mobile number.
3.46 lakh crore rupees have been transferred to the accounts of farmers
So far 3.46 lakh rupees have been transferred under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Crores of rupees have been released in the bank accounts of farmers till the 18th installment. Online eKYC is necessary to avail the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Through this, farmers can link their Aadhar card to the scheme, so that Samman Nidhi can be credited directly to their account.
