Prem told that for the last five years, Harimohan has been serving chaat to people by setting up a cart near the street. Prem told that people are served chaat in four flavours. Prem told that all the spices for chaat are homemade. In which curd, tamarind, coriander and chutney are added and served to the people. Prem Kumar told that the cart is set up every day at 2 o’clock and it continues till 8 o’clock in the night. To ensure that the customers do not face any problem, they prepare the ingredients from home. People of Chhapra are also liking Azamgarhia flavored chaat. He told that the spices for making chaat are prepared by hand. Due to which the taste of chaat improves and becomes special.
