Indian Forest Services officer Jagdish Bakan (Jagdish S. Bakan IFS) is from the year 2017 batch and is currently Wildlife Warden and DFO in Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu. Even though he was a small farmer, he made sure that I became the first engineer from my village, the first government employee and the first person to clear UPSC. He has come to my office for the first time.
