Every person wants to have a beautiful house in which he can live with his family. But nowadays buying a house has become so expensive that people find it difficult to get a good house. Recently a house in England (Cannabis farming in house) is ready for sale. But this house is being sold at throwaway price. Considering how good the location of the house is and how good it looks from inside, its price should have been higher but there is a big reason why its price is so low. An illegal business was going on inside the house.

According to the report of Daily Mail news website, in Sunderland, England, there is a house near Houghton Le Spring which is to be auctioned (House on auction cannabis farming). The house has two reception rooms, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, while two bedrooms are on the first floor. In the pictures related to the house, dozens of plants are seen in pots which have been kept in the bedroom. The walls and ground of the house have been covered with plastic sheets while many wires are seen hanging all over the house.

Hemp cultivation was done at home
At first glance, it will seem as if people in the past had been growing trees and plants inside the house, but when you come to know the truth about this house, you will be surprised. Last year, the police had raided the house, in which they found illegal drugs worth Rs 52 lakh. Actually, ganja was being cultivated inside the house. The same farm was demolished by the police. This is the only reason why this house is being auctioned at a cheap price, for only Rs 26 lakh.
People have been arrested from home
While listing the house, it was mentioned that the house needs internal repairs and work on its interior. According to the report, last year, three men aged 32, 52 and 63 and a woman aged 58 were arrested in connection with ganja. There is also a store room in the house in which old electrical items etc. are also lying. The police had confiscated all the plants from the house, but the pots are lying there. Not only drugs, the police also seized Rs 17 lakh in cash from this house. The house will be auctioned by Landwood Property Auction on March 6.
