Calendula

All you have to do is steep 2 teaspoons of calendula petals in 750 ml of water for 10 minutes. Filter and drink up to five cups a day.

Parsley

Parsley is considered a detox herb and has anti-inflammatory properties that can help cleanse toxins and relieve fatigue. To get instant relief, put 1-2 tablespoons of oregano leaves in a cup and add hot water to it. Leave it like this for 5-7 minutes and then drink it 2-3 times a day.

Tulsi

Tulsi is considered one of the important herbs in India. It has inherent healing and sensitizing properties, which can help maintain a normal body temperature, promote good breathing, speed digestion, and calm the mind and body. The leaves of the basil plant contain volatile oils and antioxidants, which can fight viruses, infections, and allergies. Add it to your regular tea to get relief from cough and cold, or dry them and use as a spice in your daily foods.

Liquorice

For centuries Mulethi or Mulethi has been used as a medicine to get relief from throat pain. It is a wonderful herb that can help treat asthma and respiratory tract diseases, improve digestion and boost immunity to help the body fight winter ailments. This herb has anti-inflammatory properties and also cures skin problems. The root of this plant is available in the form of powder which can be consumed with honey and ghee.
