JEE-Advanced Exam Criteria: The number of opportunities to appear in JEE-Advanced examination has been changed once again. Recently, the organizing institute IIT Kanpur had issued a notification. In which the number of opportunities to appear in JEE-Advanced was increased from two to three, but now this decision has been canceled after the meeting of the Joint Admission Board.
Issuing a press release on Monday, IIT Kanpur again reduced the number of chances to appear in JEE-Advanced from three to two.

Apart from this, students who have passed 12th in the year 2023 will not be able to appear in JEE-Advanced examination. Whereas in the past these students were given opportunities. Probably, this decision has been taken because in case of giving an opportunity of three years, the next time the students would have demanded to establish this rule forever.
