Vinod Patel, the director of the hotel, says that at present mutton is made here in 3 shifts throughout the day. 10 goats are slaughtered in the morning, whose mutton is sold by afternoon. Then the second cough breaks out in the afternoon and the third cough in the evening. On an average, 30 kg of mutton is made here daily. He told that special artisans have been hired to make mutton. Artisan Mangen Patel told that he does not use any secret spices to make mutton, rather he uses all the local domestic spices. The method of preparation is slightly different. They make mutton according to their technique, the taste of which is liked by the people.

Only the customers promote the taste
The hotel operator told that so much publicity was done by the customers that today their hotel is crowded with customers throughout the day. Even before the mutton is cooked in the morning, customers start gathering, who keep coming till 8 in the night. Told that there is no compromise of any kind with purity and quality. This is the reason why it was successful in attracting the attention of the people. He told that a mutton plate is served for Rs 150 and a chicken plate for Rs 100. Apart from eating here, customers also get parcels delivered to their homes.
