Under Amar Ujala’s unique initiative Maa Tujhe Pranam, Independence Day will be celebrated with great pomp on Thursday. Under this, on the morning of 15th August, traffic will stop at the city’s intersections for 52 seconds at exactly 10 am. The national anthem will be played at the intersections. Whoever is wherever will stop there and sing the national anthem.
Amar Ujala will make this Independence Day event memorable in collaboration with the district administration, Municipal Corporation and Smart City. People associated with business organizations as well as social and educational organizations will also participate enthusiastically in this campaign.
