India biggest disaster film blue 80 crore budget akshay kumar sanjay dutt starrer zayed khan flop career

India Biggest Flop Film: While many hit films have been made in Bollywood, there have also been big disaster films. Many times low budget films dominate the box office and sometimes big budget films flop at the box office. Today we are going to tell you about one such film which was made at a very high cost but proved to be a big disaster for Bollywood.

15 years ago, a similar film was released in theaters whose budget even at that time was Rs 80 crores. Akshay Kumar, Zayed Khan, Sanjay Dutt and Lara Dutta were part of the starcast of the film. This was the film ‘Blue’ released in 2009. The audience was waiting for this film a lot but after its release it did not fare well in theatres. Despite a budget of Rs 80 crore and shooting abroad, the film failed at the box office.

The film sank this actor’s career.
‘Blue’ had earned only Rs 52 crore at the domestic box office, while it could collect only Rs 63 crore worldwide. That means it is clear that the film could not even recover its costs. After ‘Blue’, another name got included in Akshay Kumar’s flop list, although it did not have much impact on his career. But this film took with it the career of another star Zayed Khan.

Actors distanced themselves from the film industry
Zayed Khan worked in many Hindi films. These include ‘Shabd’, ‘Fight Club’, ‘Dus’, ‘Yuvraj’, ‘Chura Liya Hai Tumne’. But after ‘Blue’ proved to be a disaster, none of the actor’s films could work and he stayed away from the film industry.
