Who can apply
To apply for these posts, it is necessary that the candidate has a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute. As far as the age limit is concerned, candidates between 20 and 28 years can apply for these posts. It is necessary that the candidate has obtained this degree between 1 April 2020 and 1 August 2024.
How will the selection be done
The selection of candidates for the apprentice posts of Indian Overseas Bank will be done through examination. The exam will be conducted online and the date for this has been fixed as 22 September 2024. Also know that the last date to apply for these posts is 10 September but the last date to deposit the fee is 15 September 2024. Till this date you can deposit the fee online and the exam will also be conducted online.
Candidates who pass the online examination will also give a local language test, only after this will they be selected. After selection, candidates can be appointed anywhere in India.
How much stipend will you get
If you get selected for these posts, then on getting appointed in rural/semi urban area, the candidate will get a stipend of ₹10000 per month. On getting selected for urban area, the stipend is ₹12000 per month. If the appointment is in metro area, then the stipend of ₹15000 per month will be given.

To apply for these posts, candidates of General, OBC and EWS category will have to pay a fee of Rs 944. The fee for SC, ST and female candidates is Rs 708. The fee for PWD category is Rs 400. After adding 18% GST to all these three fees, the final amount to be paid is this much.
