Abhijeet Paruchuri Death In US: The Indian Consulate General in America has confirmed the death of a 20-year-old student from Andhra Pradesh in Boston. The Indian Consulate General said on Monday (March 18) that the initial investigation has ruled out any foul play.
“Deeply saddened to learn about the unfortunate demise of Abhijit Paruchuri, an Indian student in Boston,” the Consulate General of India in New York posted on Monday (March 18) from its official Paruchuri’s parents, based in Connecticut, are in direct contact with detectives. The possibility of foul play has been ruled out in the initial investigation.
The Indian Consulate further wrote, “The Indian Consulate provided assistance in the documentation and transportation of the mortal remains to India. We are in touch with local authorities and the Indian-American community on this matter.

Abhijeet Paruchuri’s body was found in the car in the forest.
According to media reports, Abhijeet Paruchuru was a native of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh and was studying engineering at Boston University. He took admission in the university last year. He was living in a rented apartment with one of his classmates. Police found his body thrown in an abandoned car inside the campus forest.
Abhijeet Paruchuri was the only child of his parents and was bright in studies.
When Abhijeet’s parents Paruchuri Chakradhar and Srilakshmi came to know about the tragic death of their only son, they were deeply shocked. According to his family members, Abhijeet was very bright in studies, but his mother had opposed the plan of studying abroad.

The mortal remains of Abhijeet Paruchuri were brought to his residence in Burripalem, Guntur late on Friday evening. According to media reports, Abhijeet was killed by attackers on the university campus on March 11 and his body was found in a car in the forest.

When Abhijeet’s acquaintances reported him missing to the police, the authorities launched a search operation to locate him by tracking his mobile signals. No arrest has been made in the case yet.
