Commonwealth Scholarships and Fellowships
This scholarship, as the name suggests, is given to students from Commonwealth countries (which includes India). This scholarship is given to students doing Masters and PhD in Britain. For this, students should be citizens of India and should have done their graduation in English medium. There should be at least 60% marks in Social Science subjects and at least 65% marks in Science, Engineering subjects.
Fulbright-Nehru Fellowship
This scholarship is given by the United States-India Educational Foundation. This scholarship is given to do Masters, PhD and Post Doc in America. For this, students should have four years of bachelor’s degree in the prescribed field along with three years of job experience in the same field. Applications for this scholarship have to be submitted every year in February.
Chevening Scholarship
This scholarship is given by the British government to encourage Indian students for further studies in their country. This scholarship is given for one year Masters course. To avail this scholarship, students must have completed graduation or post-graduation. Preference is given to participants with minimum job experience of two years. The application process takes about a month. This course starts from August and continues till July. A total of 65 students are given this scholarship every year.
Eramus Mandus Scholarship
This scholarship is given by the European Union. It is available to those students who want to pursue further studies in Europe. Students who have secured a place at the Masters and Doctoral level of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Programme. Such students are given this scholarship to complete that course. Students living outside Europe have more chances of getting this scholarship. For this, applications can be made between October and January.
INLOX SCHOLARSHIP
It is given by the Indian Trust Inlocks-Shivdasani Foundation. Talented Indian children are given education in many foreign universities. Students applying for this must have done their graduation from any reputed university of India. Only students whose age is less than 30 years can apply for this scholarship. Applications for this start every year in January and close on 15th April.

Said Oxford Business School Scholarships
The Said Oxford Business School Scholarship is awarded to pursue an MBA in Business, University of Oxford. The scholarship amount can be used to pay tuition fees. Talking about eligibility for this, the student should have completed 12th class and should also have a Bachelor’s degree. To be eligible for this award, students must take English language tests such as IELTS, GRE, GMAT.
Australia Award Scholarship
Australia Award Scholarship is a funding program for international students from over 100 countries. This scholarship is for those who are coming to study in different universities of Australia. There are four types of degrees for which international students can apply for Australia Awards Scholarships. Applications for Australia Award Scholarships open in February.
