RCB reached 5th place, Punjab now at 8th place
With a big 112-run win against Rajasthan Royals, Royal Challengers Bangalore have now moved straight to the 5th position in the points table. With RCB having 12 points in 12 matches, the net runrate is 0.166. Rajasthan Royals have now reached the sixth position and their net runrate is 0.140.
Punjab 8th and Hyderabad 9th, Delhi out of playoff race
After KKR’s win against Chennai, Punjab Kings have now slipped to 8th position in the points table with 12 points. Punjab’s net runrate is currently -0.268. In 9th place is the team of Sunrisers Hyderabad, who have won 4 after 11 matches so far. Hyderabad’s net run rate is -0.471. The first team to be out of the playoff race this season is the Delhi Capitals, who could only win 4 out of 12 matches and are at the bottom of the points table with 8 points.
