In this ‘The Ultimate Auction’, a list of 12 players of CSK has been prepared and 7 players have been kept as backup. Chennai has retained five players and according to the list of ‘The Ultimate Auction’, CSK has bought back Devon Conway using the Right to Match card. Let us tell you that Chennai had retained Gaikwad and Jadeja for Rs 18 crore. The most expensive player bought by Chennai in this auction is T Natarajan, who got a bid of Rs 10 crore.

How much money is left in CSK’s purse?
Chennai Super Kings has spent Rs 65 crore to retain five players for IPL 2025. Chennai has retained five players and in the auction a franchise has to prepare a team of at least 18 players. This means that for the remaining Rs 55 crore, CSK will have to buy at least 13 players. Let us tell you that in IPL 2025 also, Rituraj Gaikwad will be captaining the team.
