The government on Wednesday transferred 8 IPS officers including the SPs of Kushinagar and Fatehpur. Kushinagar SP Dhawal Jaiswal has been made the SP of Fatehpur, while Fatehpur SP Uday Shankar Singh has been sent to the post of SP (Training and Security). Santosh Kumar Mishra, who was recently appointed SP (Training and Security), has been made the new SP of Kushinagar.

On the other hand, IPS Vivek Chandra Yadav, who was removed from Ghaziabad Commissionerate and sent to DGP Headquarters on the complaint of BJP MLA from Ghaziabad’s Loni seat Nandkishore Gurjar, has been appointed Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police in Prayagraj Police Commissionerate. Ajay Kumar, Commander of the 38th Battalion PAC based in Aligarh, has been sent to the 32nd Battalion based in Lucknow. SP Intelligence Abhishek Yadav at Police Headquarters has been appointed SP Railway in Prayagraj. Deputy Commissioner of Police Shubham Patel in Ghaziabad Police Commissionerate has been appointed SP Intelligence in Lucknow. Deputy Commissioner of Police Shraddha Narendra Pandey in Prayagraj Commissionerate has been appointed Commander of the 38th Battalion of PAC based in Aligarh.

Four IPS, 14 PPS retired

Four IPS officers including DG Special Investigation Tanuja Srivastava retired on Wednesday. These include ADG Headquarters Sunil Kumar Gupta, SP Railway Ashtabhuja Prasad Singh and SP Women and Child Protection Branch Ruchita Chaudhary. Apart from this, 14 PPS officers also retired, including ASP Sansar Singh, Surendra Prasad Dwivedi, Ram Mohan Singh, Deputy SP Rajendra Kumar Singh, Udayraj Singh, Sharad Chandra Sharma, Shyam Narayan, Ram Mohan Sharma, Virendra Kumar Yadav, Atar Singh, Bhuvaneshwar Pandey, Pramod Kumar Rai, Ishwar Chandra Pradhan and Ramdular Yadav.
