During this conference, mainly 4 conditions were mentioned and it was said that until these four conditions are not followed, no place will be declared as a new country. Along with this, it was also made mandatory for the new country to be recognized by the United Nations.

What were those four conditions

The first condition in those 4 conditions was that the new country would get recognition only then When there is a permanent population there. The second condition was that the new country should have a fixed area fruit or geographical area. The third condition was that there should be a government or a governing body. And the last condition was that the area to be declared as a new country should have good relations with other nations. After fulfilling these four conditions, that new country gets recognition from the United Nations. When this whole process is completed then only a new country is formed.
