When the curd bought from the market starts to finish, people keep 1-2 spoons of it for starter and put it in new milk and leave it overnight, so that they get new curd the next day. If you do not have a starter, then you can set curd with the help of chillies lying in the house.

To set curd with chillies, you will need 3-4 green chillies lying in the fridge. With the help of this, you can set perfect curd. After boiling the milk, you have to wait till it becomes lukewarm. Now pour the milk in the vessel in which you want to set the curd. Now take 4 to 5 green chillies and break the stalk present on it and put it in the milk. After this, leave the milk at room temperature overnight. By morning the curd will set like the market. Now keep it in the fridge and serve it fresh in lunch or breakfast.

What things should be kept in mind while preparing curd
-If you take full cream milk then the curd will be thick.
If you want to set the curd then keep the vessel covered with a towel.
If you want to make creamy curd then add milk powder while boiling it.
-Once the curd freezes, keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
