Then slowly you can make pakoras or other ingredients and use them for daily use. This will reduce your loss.

Scientific method of tearing cheese
Scientist Vijay Kumar Gond is explaining the scientific method of making cheese. They say first boil the milk. If you want to make paneer, you will have to add 100 to 1500 grams of vinegar in milk. If vinegar is not available then lemon or citric acid can also be used. After boiling the milk, stir it gently and keep adding the vinegar water. Due to this the milk will start curdling. After some time you will see that milk has become like flakes. After the milk curdles completely the water comes down. After that filter the water in a soft cloth. While draining the water, keep a vessel below it. Cheese will collect in the cloth. After this, cover the torn cheese in the cloth properly with a clean cloth and place some heavy material on it. So that the water from the cheese drains out properly. Now leave it for 2-3 hours. After 3 hours, remove the weight and see that the paneer will be completely set.

Make pakodas with cheese like this
Many dishes are made with paneer. Shahi Paneer, Kadhai Paneer, Paneer Palak etc. To make Paneer Pakora, first of all, cheese, gram flour, carom seeds, chilli powder, pinch of oil, teaspoon chaat masala, garlic, cumin, salt, refined or mustard oil are required. After this, dissolve the given ingredients in water along with gram flour. Then grind the cheese, coat it in spice mixture, put it in boiling oil and fry.
