Israel-Hezbollah War: Following the killing of Hezbollah leader Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah by Israeli forces, Iran has urged the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to discuss Israel’s activities in Lebanon and the wider region.

Iran’s UN Ambassador Aamir Saeed Iravani has sent a formal letter to the 15-member council urging action. They have warned of strict action against any attack on their diplomatic premises and representatives.
