Israel Hamas War: The situation is getting worse day by day amidst the continuous war in the Middle East. Meanwhile, the IDF has claimed that they have killed Hamas’ northern Gaza UAV commander Mahmoud al-Mabhouh. He had directed drone attacks on Israeli security forces and people. According to the IDF, they carried out drone strikes in Jabaliyah and Rafah, killing more than 50 Hamas militants.

Palestinian health officials said at least 17 people were killed in Israeli shelling near al-Fallujah in Jabaliya, the largest of Gaza’s eight historic refugee camps, Reuters reported. Apart from this, 10 other people were killed in Bani Suhaila camp in East Khan Yunis in southern Gaza, the health official said.

Earlier on Tuesday, three houses were destroyed in Sabra of Gaza City in an Israeli air strike. According to the report, the local civil emergency service said that they have recovered two bodies from the scene, while the search is on for 12 other people, who are believed to be present in the houses at the time. The Israeli army has been targeting Jabaliya for the last 10 days and is returning to the northern area.

Middle East Israel is currently fighting on many fronts. Israel has intensified air strikes in eastern Lebanon. On Tuesday (15 October 2024), several airstrikes took place in the Bekaa Valley, targeting residential areas near the city of Baalbek. The Israeli military said in a statement that two drones that entered Israel from Lebanon after sounding sirens in the Upper Galilee had been identified, although there were no reports of casualties.
