Know the specialty of this sweet
If you search in the rural areas, even today you will find pure ravadar khoya, to prepare which cow or buffalo milk is collected in a big pan and that pan is put on the stove. Then milk is cooked in low flame. As the milk begins to thicken, it collects there and turns into khoya. If no adulteration of any preparation is done while preparing it, then you will get ghee on your hands while touching the khova and the ravadar khova is very soft.

Islam Pathan, who is tasting the Kalakand, told that he is crazy about the sweets here for the last 35 years. This shop is the oldest shop in the city, this shop has been running for about 3 generations. As soon as you come out from near the shop, the fragrance of delicious kalakand and khova jalebi fascinates your mind.
