Everyone knows that scientists are trying to revive the mammoth elephant which became extinct thousands of years ago. Now the company working on this has said that this can be done in less than four years. But apart from the mammoth, the company is also trying to revive the dodo and Tasmanian tiger. American intelligence agency CIA is also funding this project.
An extinct Ice Age animal could soon walk the Earth once again, a company backed by Paris Hilton and Chris Hemsworth has said. Colossal Biosciences calls itself “the world’s first extinction prevention company,” and is developing a way to revive the “original” genes of animals that have been extinct for thousands of years.
Last date has been decided
According to The Independent report, this includes not only the woolly mammoth but also the dodo and the Tasmanian tiger. “We have set a date of late 2028 for our first Mammoth and we are currently on track for that, which is great,” company CEO Ben Lamm told The Independent.
American intelligence agency is investing money
Lam told the Daily Mail the whole process was like a “reverse Jurassic Park”. According to The Intercept, the company has raised more than Rs 259 billion 11 crore thanks to its celebrity backers. According to the report, in addition to the US intelligence agency, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), PayPal co-founder and venture capitalist Peter Thiel and motivational speaker Tony Robbins are investing money in the company.

Keep an eye on two more animals
Scientists have their eyes on the Dodo and the Tasmanian tiger, so that they can come back to life as soon as possible. The Tasmanian tiger became extinct in the early 1980s, while the dodo bird was last seen in the 1600s.
He believes “it is very likely that we will have one species before 2028”, and that it will be one in three. The woolly mammoth has not been in existence for more than 4,000 years. The company claims that the return of the mammoth can help the environment by reversing global warming.
