Ingredients to make Corn Chaat
Sweet corn kernels – 2 cups
Butter – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1
salt – as per taste

Corn Chaat Recipe
To prepare tasty and healthy corn chaat for breakfast, first take sweet corn and take out all its kernels and store them in a big bowl. Now pour water in a vessel and heat it. Now put corn in this water and boil it. When the corns become soft, turn off the gas and take out the grains with the help of a strainer and keep them aside in a vessel. Now put 1 spoon of butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
When the butter melts, add boiled corn to it and fry on medium heat while stirring for 2 minutes. When the aroma starts coming from the corn kernels, turn off the gas and take out the roasted kernels in a bowl. After this let them cool down. When the grains cool down, add red chilli powder, cumin powder and chaat masala to them and mix well. After this add salt and squeeze lemon juice as per taste and mix it. After mixing well, Tasty Spicy Corn Chaat is ready. Serve it hot only.
