ITBP Recruitment 2024 Registration Dates: Indo-Tibetan Border Police has invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of Veterinary Staff. The registration link will open tomorrow i.e. Monday, 12 August 2024. Candidates who have the required qualification and desire to apply for these posts can apply after the registration link opens. Applications will start from tomorrow and will run till 10 September 2024. That is, the last date to apply is 10 September.
Vacancy Details
Through this recruitment drive, ITBP will appoint eligible candidates for 128 posts of Veterinary Staff. Under this, the posts of Head Constable (Desert Veterinary), Constable (Animal Attendant) and Constable (Kennelman) will be filled. There are 9 posts of Head Constable, in the remaining two items 115 and 4 posts will be filled respectively.
Who can apply
The educational qualification and age limit for applying to these posts is different according to the post. For example, for the post of Head Constable, 12th pass candidates from a recognized board who have a veterinary certificate or diploma can apply. The age limit is 18 to 27 years. Similarly, 10th pass candidates can apply for the post of Constable (Animal Attendant and Kennelman). The age limit for these has been fixed at 18 to 25 years. Reserved category will get relaxation in age limit as per government rules.
How much fee will have to be paid
To apply for the post of Veterinary Staff in ITBP, General, OBC, EWS male candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100. Whereas SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen and female candidates do not have to pay any fee. Fee will be deposited online only.

What is the salary
If selected, the salary will also be given according to the post. For example, the salary of Head Constable Dresser Veterinary post ranges from 24 thousand to 81 thousand rupees per month. The salary of Animal Transport post ranges from 21 thousand to 69 thousand rupees per month and the salary of Constable Kennelman ranges from 21 thousand to 69 thousand rupees per month.
Apart from salary, they will be given many allowances like dearness allowance, house rent allowance, travel allowance, medical benefits, leave travel concession etc.
