Jackfruit – 1/2 kg
Yellow mustard – 3 tbsp
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 2 tsp
Cumin – 2 tsp
Fennel powder – 2 tsp
Ginger powder – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper – 3/4 tsp
Black salt – 1 tsp
Mustard oil – 1 cup
Plain salt – as per taste

Jackfruit Pickle Recipe
To make jackfruit pickle, first choose raw jackfruit. If you want, you can get jackfruit peeled from the market because peeling it at home can be a very difficult task. To cut the jackfruit, apply oil on your hands and remove the skin from the seeds and cut into 1-1 inch pieces. After this, put water in a vessel to heat it.
