Shah Rukh Khan Akshay Kumar Fees: Big stars of Bollywood are often in headlines regarding the fees of their films. A few days ago a report claimed that Shah Rukh Khan has charged a very low fee for his film Pathan, which is half of Akshay Kumar’s puppet fee. Now actor and producer Jackky Bhagnani has broken his silence on this matter.
Is Akshay’s fee more than Shahrukh’s?
According to the report, Shah Rukh Khan has taken a fee of 35 to 40 crores for ‘Pathan’ and apart from this he will also take part in the profit. At the same time, Akshay Kumar took a fee of Rs 120 crore for the thriller film Kathputli, which was 80 percent of the film’s budget. It is known that some time ago Akshay Kumar’s film Kathputli has been streamed on Disney Plus Hotstar.
Jackky Bhagnani said this about the fees of actors
In a conversation with Hindustan Times, Jackky Bhagnani told that those who are doing such calculations regarding the fees of actors are giving wrong information to the people. He said, ‘Every top actor of the industry takes part in the profit of the film. Nowadays actors demand 50 to 80 percent share in the profit of the film apart from the fees. His total fee and share depends on the film’s earnings at the box office and that’s how it works. Be it Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar or Salman Khan.
Jackie to do fourth film with Akshay Kumar
Jackky Bhagnani further said, ‘Comparing the fees of one actor with the total profit of another actor is like comparing apples with oranges’. However, Jackky Bhagnani did not disclose Akshay Kumar’s fee, but definitely said that ‘long association with the actor decides his reasonable fee’. I cannot comment on anyone in particular, but as a producer, I am going to do a fourth film with Akshay Kumar and as far as fees are concerned, he seems fair to me.
