Jacqueline Fernandez Appeared In Delhi Patiala House Court Today In 200 Crore Money Laundering Case Hearing


Jacqueline Fernandez Money Laundering Case: Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez again reached Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Tuesday in the 200 crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. The case is to be heard again in the court today. Earlier, on December 12, there was a debate in the court of Special Judge Shailendra Malik regarding the case, after which the hearing was postponed to December 20.

Sukesh Chandrasekhar, the main accused in the extortion and money laundering case, is currently lodged in jail. It is alleged that he has cheated many people including influential people. It also includes Aditi Singh, wife of Shivinder Mohan Singh, former promoter of Fortis Healthcare. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has named Jacqueline Fernandez as an accused in the multi-crore money laundering case involving Sukesh Chandrasekhar in its chargesheet filed on August 17. According to ED, Fernandes and Nora Fatehi had taken expensive cars and many other gifts from Chandrasekhar.

Nora has also filed a defamation case against Jacqueline
In the midst of all this, tell that Nora Fatehi has also filed a defamation case against Jacqueline regarding the same matter. Nora alleges that Jacqueline is ruining her career for her own benefit. Nora alleged that Jacqueline made derogatory remarks against her to ensure her financial, social and personal downfall. The matter will be heard in the Patiala House Court on January 21. The CMM court has transferred Nora Fatehi’s case to the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Kapil Gupta. Now the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Kapil Gupta will record the statement of Nora Fatehi.
