Prashant Kishor Raised Questions On BJP: On Thursday, in Nimchak, Belaganj, Gaya, Jan Suraj leader Prashant Kishor targeted BJP and PM Modi regarding ‘One Nation One Election’. Under the guise of this, he has questioned the intentions of BJP. PK said that they want to implement one election formula in the entire country for their benefit, when they lose then the talk of one election ends.
What did PK say on ‘One Nation One Election’?
There is nothing wrong in One Nation One Election if it is done with the right intentions. After independence, One Nation One Poll was there in the country till 1965, but now it is being done with the intention that the wind of our BJP is blowing. If they are not in favor then the elections will be split. On one hand they are talking about ‘One Nation One Election’ and on the other hand they are dividing the elections in the small state of Jharkhand into 4 parts, so that they get time to campaign. Both things cannot go together.
Therefore, this shows that it is being prepared only for the purpose that if they feel that BJP is in control then they should hold elections in the entire country at once. This is being done with bad intentions, the concept is good. When a law is made, there is an intention behind it, if that intention is to harm someone then it cannot be right. We feel that BJP wants to conduct One Nation One Election for its own benefit. It got shelved when it got less seats in the Lok Sabha. As soon as Haryana won, BJP people started talking about One Nation One Election.
Told the Muslims of Belaganj that you are in a dilemma.
While addressing the public meeting in Belaganj assembly constituency, he said that in 2014, Nitish Kumar had left BJP opposing Modi. At that time the Muslim community had not made Nitish Kumar their leader. You had trusted RJD at that time, whereas in the last 35 years you and your children have been burning only like kerosene oil in lanterns and the light is somewhere else.
Similarly, today you are in a dilemma as to how to trust Prashant Kishor, but let me tell you that the same Prashant Kishor fought against BJP in Bengal with Mamata Didi, then Tejashwi, Rahul or Akhilesh who call themselves your leaders. Did not come to strengthen Mamta Didi’s shoulder. When the results of Bengal elections came, the discussion on CAA and NAC ended in the country from that very day.
