In Jehanabad, a student returning home after tuition was crushed by a truck, due to which he died. After the incident, the local people created a ruckus by setting fire on the road. During this, they also set the truck on fire. The police who reached the spot tried to calm the anger of the people. The police controlled the fire after a lot of effort. This incident happened near Ahiyasa village of Ghosi police station area.
According to the information, Shivam Kumar, son of Sudarshan Ram, a resident of Ahiyasa village, was going to his home late Thursday evening after taking tuition from Nausahara Chakra. As soon as he reached near the village, a truck coming from the opposite direction hit him. Shivam died on the spot in this accident. At the same time, after getting information about the incident, the villagers set the truck on fire. The truck started burning fiercely.
After this, when the local police station got information about the incident, they reached the spot and started extinguishing the fire. The villagers also took the driver hostage and after beating him handed him over to the police. The villagers say that the accident happened due to high speed.
