In Jehanabad, Bihar, a watchman beat his own aunt to death with a stick. The matter is of a village in Okri police station area of Jehanabad. The incident took place to protest against the illicit relationship. After getting information about the matter, the police reached the spot, took the body into their custody and started investigating the incident.
According to the information, 65-year-old woman Jiya Mani Devi of Okri police station area used to oppose the illicit relationship of her nephew Chowkidar with her daughter-in-law. The watchman used to give money to the daughter-in-law secretly. When the mother-in-law came to know about this late on Friday evening, she protested against it. Angered by this, the watchman, in a fit of rage, beat his aunt to death with a stick and fled from the spot.
After that, when the family got information about the incident, they immediately took him to a private clinic. Where the doctors referred him to Sadar Hospital. The family members were bringing her to Sadar Hospital when the woman died on the way. Regarding this matter, the deceased’s husband told that the watchman used to give money to his daughter-in-law with wrong intentions. When my wife protested against this, the watchman beat her to death with a stick.
Here, after receiving information about the incident, the police reached the spot and started investigating the matter. In this regard, DSP Sanjeev Kumar said that a woman died during treatment due to beating. The watchman is being accused of having illicit relations with his daughter-in-law. At present the police is investigating all the points. Action will be taken against the guilty watchman only after investigation.
