How to identify real gold at home

Let us tell you that there are many ways to check the purity of gold. But it is difficult for the common man to check by every method. According to experts, real gold and fake gold can be identified through some tricks. This is such a great method that you can identify gold by using it even at home.
You can also check the purity of gold with vinegar. Put a few drops of vinegar on the gold and observe it carefully after a few minutes. If there is no change in the colour of the gold, then it will be pure gold. Because fake gold turns black as soon as it comes in contact with vinegar. Apart from this, try applying a magnet to the gold jewellery, if the jewellery does not stick to the magnet, then understand that the gold is real. On the other hand, if a black mark appears on rubbing the gold jewellery on a ceramic stone, then the gold is fake. On the other hand, if golden marks appear, then the gold is real. There is a hallmark mark on jewellery, which is considered a sign of purity. But now many times people make hallmark marks on jewellery in a fake way. Therefore, it is important to check the gold. Apart from this, fill water in a big vessel and put any gold jewellery in it. During this time, if your gold jewellery starts floating in water, then the gold is fake. Real gold, no matter how light and in what quantity, sinks in water. Because it is a thick and hard metal with high density.
