Jharkhand Election Himanta Biswa Sarma Strong Remarks Deport Congress to Bangladesh Along with Infiltrators

Assam Chief Minister and BJP’s co-in-charge for Jharkhand assembly elections Himanta Biswa Sarma reacted sharply to the statement of Congress leader Ghulam Ahmed Mir. Sarma said that Mir has talked about giving LPG cylinders to the infiltrators, and this is being done to please the Congress vote bank.

Himanta Biswa Sarma, “Ghulam Ahmed Mir says they will give LPG cylinders to the infiltrators, they are giving both “soil and daughter” to the infiltrators because they are the vote bank of Congress. This is the language of Rahul Gandhi, he (Ghulam Ahmed Mir) cannot say such things without Rahul Gandhi’s approval. We should send Congress to Bangladesh along with the infiltrators.”

On which statement is there an uproar?

Congress General Secretary and Jharkhand in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir on Thursday (14 November 2024) promised that if his party comes to power, all citizens of the state, whether they are infiltrators or not, will be given gas cylinders for Rs 450. After his statement, BJP and Congress are face to face. BJP has given a strong reaction to this statement.

Clarification from ‘India’ alliance

Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee has said that BJP is distorting the statements of Ghulam Ahmed Mir. Meanwhile, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha spokesperson Manoj Pandey said on the political uproar arising after this statement, “In the BJP’s definition of infiltration, infiltrators mean Muslims. This is the thinking of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Regarding this thinking, Ghulam Ahmed Mir said that according to the promise that everyone will be given cylinder, it will not be seen who is Hindu and who is Muslim.
