JNU UG Admission First Merit List: The first merit list for admission to undergraduate courses of Jawaharlal Nehru University can be released today. According to the schedule released earlier by the university for admission, the first list of candidates applying will be released on August 21. After release, candidates can check it from the official website of JNU. To do this, the address of the official website is – jnuee.jnu.ac.inAlong with the merit list, the university will also release the cut-off marks.

After the release of the merit list, the further process will begin. Candidates who accept the seats will have to confirm their admission by paying the fees. Note down the work dates
- The first list may be released on 21st August.
- In the next step, the fee will have to be paid. For this, time will be given from 21 to 23 August.
- The second merit list can be released on 27th August.
- If you accept the seat, then you will have to confirm your admission by paying the fees between 27th and 28th August.
- If seats remain vacant then the third merit list can be released on 31st August.
- The university will have to do the verification of the candidates who confirm their seats, which will commence from September 2 and will continue as per the further merit list.
- The entire admission process will be completed by September 30 and classes are expected to start from October.

- To check the first merit list of JNU UG Admission after its release, first of all visit the official website i.e. jnuee.jnu.ac.in.
- Here on the homepage you will see a link named Admission, click on it.
- As soon as you do this, a new page will open. On this page you will see the merit list of UG admission.
- Click on it. Now enter your details i.e. application number and password on the page that opens. Enter the details and submit.
- After doing so, the first merit list of JNU UG admission will appear on the computer screen.
- Check it from here, download it and take a printout. It may be useful for you in future.
