Coriander is coming from two places, Jodhpur and Gujarat. Coriander has come to Nagaur from Jodhpur and Gundal Mandi of Gujarat. There is a slight difference between the money coming from Jodhpur and Gundal Mandi. If we talk about coriander coming from Jodhpur, it is spicy in taste and dark in colour. At the same time, its fragrance is quite strong. Apart from this, it does not spoil for 2 years nor does it change its color. Coriander coming from Gundal Mandi of Gujarat is slightly light in colour. At the same time, it is less spicy than the coriander coming from Jodhpur and does not spoil for a year.

Ganpatram Tak tells that coriander coming from Gundal Mandi of Gujarat is priced at Rs 120 per kg, while whole coriander is priced at Rs 110 per kg. Coriander coming from Jodhpur is priced at Rs 150 per kg, while whole coriander is priced at Rs 140 per kg. Here it is available up to 10% cheaper than the market. Apart from coriander, turmeric from Sangli’s Rajapuri Maharashtra has also come here. Which is recognized by its good aroma and light golden color. This turmeric does not spoil for 2 years. Talking about its prices, it ranges from Rs 220-240 per kg. In which whole turmeric is Rs 220 and fine turmeric is Rs 240 because Rs 20 is charged for grinding.
