According to IndexTap.com, the actor had signed an agreement worth Rs 70.8 crore on December 27, 2023. An additional amount of Rs 4.25 crore was paid as stamp duty. The area of ââthe land purchased by John is 7 thousand 722 square feet while the area of ââthe bungalow is 5,416 square feet. What John Abraham is planning to do with the property has not been revealed. Johnâs new property, 372 Nirmal Bhawan, is a ground-plus-two-storey construction. This property belonged to Praveen Nathlal Shah and family.

According to E Times report, property market sources said that this plot is located in a prime area of ââLinking Road, which has one of the highest commercial property rates in the city. According to the report, Pankaj Kapoor of Lias Foras said, âRetail shop rents on Linking Road are more than Rs 800 per square foot. It is one of the most expensive retail markets in India.â
