Similarly, there is a small shop situated in Johari Bazaar of Jaipur, Shri Ram Chaat Bhandar, which has been giving delicious flavors to the people for 75 years. There are many such shops in the small streets of Jaipur. Where people come from far and wide to taste the age-old taste. The shop of Shri Ram Chaat Bhandar is now being run by the fourth generation. But even today the 75 year old taste of Kachori, Samosa and Chaat remains intact. A huge crowd of people gathers in this small shop to eat chaat and samosa.

Taste remains intact for 75 years
Bhanwar Lal Saini, who is running Shri Ram Chaat Bhandar, says that this shop, which is located in Jaipur area from Shekhawati, was started by his grandfather Bijri Lal Saini before independence. Then his father Motilal Saini took it forward and since then he has been carrying forward the legacy of his ancestors for 40 consecutive years. Bhanwar Lal Saini says that people come from even abroad to taste the Kachori Samosa and Chaat in our shop. Tourists visiting Jaipur also reach here after finding this shop.

Prepare in this special way
Bhanwar Lal Saini tells that here all types of chaat items are prepared from spices ground in pure ghee. Whose taste is most amazing. People come to our place especially for dal and onion kachori because here we provide kachori with vegetables and chutney to the customers, which people like very much. Bhanwar Lal Saini says that even today he prepares Kachori Samosa, Kanji Vada, Dahi Vada, Papdi Chaat with his own hands. Whose taste is the best. Because all items are prepared with our secret spices and flavours. Apart from Kachori, Kanji Vada is in highest demand here. Bhanwar Lal Saini says that our shop starts at 8 in the morning and till 10 in the night people keep coming here to taste the delicious dishes.
