Ingredients for making cashew malpua
Flour – 1 cup
Cashew powder – 1/2 cup
Semolina – 1/2 cup
Milk – 2 cups
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Desi ghee – for frying
Sugar powder – 1/2 cup (as per taste)

Cashew Malpua Recipe
If you want to try the recipe of Cashew Malpua in the winter season, then first take a big mixing bowl and add all purpose flour and semolina to it and mix them well. After this add cashew powder, powdered sugar and cardamom powder to this mixture and mix. Now add milk little by little to this mixture and prepare a batter by mixing it with the help of a spoon. Keep in mind that there should not be lumps in the batter. You can also increase the quantity of milk as per the requirement.

Now put desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the desi ghee becomes hot and melts, take the batter of Malpua in a bowl and put it in the boiling oil in the middle of the pan. The batter will automatically take the shape of a round malpua. Similarly, deep fry the malpuas one by one according to the capacity of the pan. Fry them from side to side until the color of all the malpuas turns dark brown. After this, take out the malpuas in a plate. Prepare malpuas in the same way from all the batter.
