Cashew Matar Makhana Recipe
To make Kaju Matar Makhana, heat 3 spoons of oil in a pan. Now lightly roast the butter in it and then take it out in a bowl and keep it aside. Now prepare puree by blending tomatoes, cashews and ginger. After this heat the oil in the pan. Now add cumin and fry it. After cumin turns brown, mix asafoetida in it. Then add coriander powder, red chili powder, sugar and salt to it and stir for 2-3 minutes. When the masala starts leaving oil, mix green peas and roasted makhana in it.
