Kangana Ranaut On Not Attending Anant Ambani Wedding: India’s biggest businessman Mukesh Ambani’s younger son Anant Ambani got married on 12th July this year. He married his long time partner Radhika Merchant and the entire Bollywood attended this royal wedding. However, Kangana Ranaut did not attend any function of Anant Ambani’s wedding. Now Kangana has told the reason for this.
In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Kangana Ranaut revealed why she did not attend Anant Ambani’s wedding. The actress said that Anant himself called her and invited her. But during that time there was a function at his house too.
‘Anyway, I avoid going to filmy weddings…’
Kangana Ranaut said- ‘I got a call from Anant Ambani and he is a very sweet boy. He asked me to come to his wedding. I said that there is a wedding at my house. It was a very auspicious day and my younger brother was getting married. Anyway, I avoid going to filmy weddings.’
Kangana did not attend any function of Anant Ambani’s wedding
Let us tell you that Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant hosted their first pre-wedding function in Jamnagar, Gujarat in March. After this, their second pre-wedding function was held on a cruise from 29 May to 2 June. After two grand pre-wedding bashes, Anant-Radhika had a grand wedding in Mumbai on 12 July. Celebrities from all over the world attended the three-day wedding function. Stars from Bollywood like Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and Hrithik Roshan attended Anant Ambani’s wedding. However, Kangana Ranaut kept a distance from all these functions.
Emergency is releasing on 6 September
On the work front, Kangana Ranaut is busy promoting her upcoming film Emergency these days. Her film is set to release in theatres on 6 September.
