Kanjhawala Case Agra’s Lawyer Claims That Nidhi Arrested In Drug Case ANN | Kanjhawala Case: Agra’s lawyer claims

Kanjhawala Case Update: Regarding Nidhi, the main witness in the case of Anjali’s death in the Kanjhawala case, a lawyer from Agra has claimed that she was arrested earlier in a drug smuggling case. I had got the fund bailed.

Talking to ABP News, Agra’s lawyer Mohammad Asif Azad told that on 6 December 2020 some people from Delhi contacted me. He told that a girl has been arrested in Agra in connection with drugs. Whose name is Nidhi. These people had brought some suspects from Telangana by rail. Later it was found that the suspect was ganja.

According to the lawyer, there were two more people with Nidhi. Everyone had 10-10 kg of ganja in their bags. Nidhi had also told in her 161 statement that through some career we supply cannabis. Same, we had brought Ganja from Secunderabad to Agra. Here the GRP police arrested us.

I got Nidhi bailed when she went to jail

Mohammad Asif Azad told that due to lack of some evidence and being a girl, Nidhi was given bail in December itself. The trial of this case is going on even today. The lawyer told that Nidhi never cooperated in the trial. We are also apologizing for her attendance but she is not coming on the date.

He told that Nidhi is not coming on date for almost 1 year. We are trying hard. Trying to call but the phone is not reachable. We have no option but to call.

Nidhi’s mother came on request

Asif further told that even the family members of the girl are not cooperating with us. Nidhi’s friends told that she doesn’t even listen to her family. She is a very modern minded girl. The lawyer said that I had seen that she used to smoke cigarettes continuously, used to talk obscenely. It is in his habit to talk with abusive language. Nidhi’s mother had come on many requests during bail. Then took his custody.

was in a state of intoxication

Mohammad Asif Azad told that when Nidhi had to appear in the court at 10:30, she used to sit in the car till 12:00. Then she used to come in a state of intoxication and used to say that I have not slept. The lawyer further said that if she does not come on such a date, the court will issue a non-bailable warrant against her and she may have to go to jail again.

used to talk innocently

Mohammad Asif Azad told that a person named Deepak is mentioned in the case diary. But I don’t know about that. Nor have I ever seen him. He further told that in connection with the case, I had a personal talk with Nidhi once or twice. Then he told that people had brought me for the job. After that a bag was given in my hand. I don’t know what was in that bag. She always talked like an innocent.
