The sender of the mail identified himself as “Vishnu”. The email claims that it is keeping an eye on the recent activities of celebrities.
The email said: “We have been following your recent actions closely. We believe it is important to bring a sensitive matter to your attention. This is not a publicity stunt or an attempt to harass you. We “Request that you take this message seriously,” the email warned, with further warnings of dire consequences if the demands are not met. It also demanded a response within eight hours. It is also written that if we do not get any reply, we will assume that you are not taking this matter seriously and we will take necessary action. Salman- Shahrukh Khan has also received death threats
This is not the first time that Bollywood celebrities have received threats in the industry. Last year was full of threats.
