Karan Johar twins Children Asked Him about their mother filmmaker became father via surrogacy unmarried at the age of 52

Karan Johar has become a big name in the film industry today. He is 52 years old but he is not married yet. However, he is the father of two twin children. Actually, the filmmaker welcomed son Yash and daughter Roohi in the year 2017 through surrogacy.

Recently, Karan Johar spoke about his challenges as a single parent during an interview with journalist Faye D’Souza. He also revealed that his twins ask him who their mother is.

Let us tell you that Karan is a single parent and he takes care of his children along with his mother Hiroo. Karan revealed during the interview that now his children have started asking questions about their birth and their mother.

Karan said during the interview, “Ours is a modern family. And it is a unique situation. Actually now I am also dealing with questions like ‘Whose womb was I born from?’ Mumma is not actually Mumma, she is my grandmother.”

Karan Johar said that to answer these questions, he is visiting his child’s school and is meeting a counselor for necessary guidance on this issue. He is taking professional help to deal with this situation. The Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani filmmaker said that becoming a parent has been difficult for him.

Karan further said that he is also tensed about his son Yash’s increasing weight but he is unable to say anything to him. In fact, Karan said that when I see my son Yash eating sugar and notice that his weight is increasing, I get upset seeing this, although I am unable to say anything to him because I want him to live freely and be happy at his age.

Karan further said, “But I should not be such a parent. I want both my daughter and my son to learn to live their lives on their own terms.”
