Rice- one cup
Milk- one liter

First of all, put milk in a vessel and boil it. Clean the rice thoroughly with water 3-4 times. If you want, soak it in water for 10 minutes and leave it. When the milk boils, add rice to it and keep stirring. Now reduce the flame and let it cook. Gradually the rice will cook and the milk will also start thickening. Add jaggery in low flame. Add jaggery coarsely. Mix well. Now add dry fruits and cardamom powder into it. Cook for two-three minutes. Turn off the flame. Delicious jaggery kheer is ready. You always make sugar kheer during festivals, try eating jaggery kheer once. On the day of Kharna, fasting people consume this kheer.
