Rajiv Kapoor Alcohol Addiction: Actor Rajiv Kapoor gained popularity from the film Ram Teri Ganga Maili Ho Gayi. However, his career did not go much. Rajiv Kapoor is the brother of Rishi Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor. He died of a heart attack at the age of 58. He was a good friend of actress Khushboo Sundar. Recently the actress talked about him. Khushboo told that Rajiv was dealing with alcohol addiction the most. Alcohol addiction greatly affected his health.
Rajiv Kapoor was addicted to alcohol
Khushboo said, ‘Rajeev had heart issues, but due to his alcohol addiction, we came to know that the problem had become much worse. We were not successful in getting him to give up this habit.
He further said, ‘Rajeev had become very weak. He had a lot of problems with his knees, so he had to undergo many surgeries. But they did not benefit from this. We knew that Rajiv was not well. When Rajiv died, I was in Mumbai. Boney Kapoor told me that Rajiv had died. This was like a shock for me.
Khushboo told that they had talked to Rajiv just a day before his death. He said, ‘I had talked to Chimpu a day before his death. He had high fever and it was the time of Covid. He took his health lightly and had promised to meet me soon.
