Way of dealing
Balance your lifestyle and sleep on time and wake up. Try to sleep between 9 to 10 pm and wake up early in the morning. Do exercise during the day and try to meditate, they will give you a good sleep. Consume tea, coffee or alcohol at all before bedtime. Do not sleep immediately after eating. Eat dinner about 2-3 hours before bedtime. Remove the screen light before bedtime.
