Objective of Lado Incentive Scheme

Laado Protsahan Yojana started by the Rajasthan government provides financial assistance to the girls of poor families to make them financially strong and to provide them proper education. In this scheme started by the government, an amount of ₹ 100000 is given in installments to girls from birth to the age of 21 years. The aim of this scheme of the Rajasthan government is to stop gender discrimination in Rajasthan, encourage parents to send girls to schools and reduce child marriage.

These girls will get the benefit of Laado scheme

To avail the benefits of the government scheme, girls will have to fulfill some documents. To avail the benefits of the scheme, girls must be native residents of Rajasthan and they must be born in a government hospital or an accredited private hospital. The government has not imposed any restrictions on caste, religion and age to avail the benefits of the scheme.

In this way you will get benefit in the scheme

In this scheme, money will be sent to the accounts of girls from birth till they turn 21 years old in 7 installments through DBT i.e. Direct Benefit Transfer. The first installment of Rs 2500 will be sent to the medical institutions at the time of the girl’s birth. The second installment of Rs 2500 will be given at the time of vaccination when the girl turns 1 year old. The third installment of Rs 4000 will be sent when she takes admission in the first class.

The fourth installment will be of Rs 5,000, which will be given on admission in class 6, the fifth installment will be of Rs 11,000, which will be given on admission in class 10, the sixth installment will be of Rs 25,000, which will be given on admission in class 12. This is the last installment of Rs 50,000, which will be given when the girl passes out from college or turns 21.
