Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha reached the famous Indradhaneshwar Mahadev Ashok Dham temple of Lakhisarai. Where he performed Rudrabhishek with his family. On this occasion, Suryagarha MLA Prahlad Yadav, DM Rajnikant, SP Pankaj Kumar and all the district officials were present. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha also formally inaugurated the Shravani fair starting from tomorrow.
On this occasion, Vijay Kumar Sinha said that Sawan month is a holy month. Today, by performing Puja-Archana, we have prayed for the well-being of the countrymen and the people of Bihar. May Mahadev bring Bihar towards progressive development and may peace and happiness prevail in Bihar. Suryagarha MLA Prahlad Yadav has wished the people of the district a happy Sawan month. He said that there is a huge crowd of devotees in the famous Ashok Dham temple. Therefore, the district administration has appealed to make full preparations so that the devotees do not face any problem.
On the other hand, Dr. Kumar Amit, President of Shri Indradhaneshwar Mahadev Temple Trust, Convenor Dr. Praveen Kumar Sinha said that in the holy month of Shravan, lakhs of devotees perform Jalabhishek on the Jyotirmay Shivling Indradhaneshwar Mahadev located in Nagar Parishad Lakhisarai Ward-1 Rajouna Chowki. On this occasion, the district administration as well as the temple administration have a special responsibility every year regarding the convenience of the devotees. This year also the trust and the district administration are trying to keep their arrangements constant keeping in mind the convenience of the devotees. This year, Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Government and local MLA Vijay Kumar Sinha is giving full support for the successful organization of Ashokdham Shravani Mahotsav. He is constantly in touch with the district administration.
He told that due to the first day of the month of Sawan being Monday, the inauguration was done on 21st July, Ashadh Purnima, to avoid heavy crowd. He told that this time also devotees will be allowed to enter the sanctum sanctorum from the south gate by making a queue through the barricading made in the temple premises, the place which will be completely shaded and fans will be installed at various places. At the same time, big LED TVs are being installed at two places in the temple premises. People will be able to see the water offering while moving on it.
At the same time, he told that for security reasons, 30 CCTV cameras have been installed in the temple premises, which will keep an eye on the temple premises. At the same time, strict vigil will be kept for the safety of the devotees. For this, police along with magistrates have been deployed at various places. It is worth mentioning that during the month of Sawan, especially on Mondays, lakhs of devotees reach Ashok Dham and perform Jalabhishek and worship the Shivalinga located in Baba Shri Indradhaneshwar Mahadev Temple.
