Actually, a hearing was to be held against Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav in Rouse Avenue Court. CBI’s lawyer and Tejashwi Yadav’s lawyer were going to present their respective sides in the court. After hearing the arguments of both the parties, the court decides whether the charge sheet is acceptable or not. Had the court accepted the charge sheet filed against Tejashwi, he would have had to get bail.
