Ingredients to make spicy gourd chutney
– Bottle gourd 1 (finely chopped)
-Oil 4 teaspoons
– 1 handful of Bengal gram dal
-Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
-Cumin 1 teaspoon
– Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
-Green chillies 4-5
-Tomatoes 2-3
– half teaspoon turmeric
-Salt to taste

Recipe for making spicy gourd chutney
To make this, first of all put 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan.
Then add 1 handful of gram dal, 1 teaspoon red chilli, 1 teaspoon red cumin and 1 teaspoon red sesame seeds in it.
After this, fry all these things well and take them out in a vessel.
Then pour 1 spoon oil in the same pan and add chopped green chillies and fry them.
After this, add chopped gourd in it and cook it on low flame till it becomes soft.
Then put lentils in a mixer jar and grind it to make a powder.
After this, add tomatoes, turmeric and salt in the pan and cook it well for some time.
Then put all these things in the mixer jar once again and grind them well.
Now your spicy gourd chutney is ready.
Then serve it hot with dal-rice and paratha.
